Utakata-SciFi Inc. ("we", "us") provides manashiki-models (the "Service") under these terms.

Summary of key terms

• Completing sign-up (magic link) constitutes acceptance of these terms.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys.
• Fees follow /pricing.
• Redistributing model files downloaded from the Service outside our delivery channels is prohibited (except where the model's upstream license permits it).
• Use and redistribution of models distributed under third-party licenses are subject to the upstream license's use restrictions. Gemma-family models are subject to Google's Gemma Terms of Use and Prohibited Use Policy; if you provide such a model to third parties, you must pass these use restrictions and the delivered NOTICE through to them.
• Use as or in a medical device is prohibited. Models with the doctor- prefix are limited to workflow-efficiency use by healthcare professionals.
• We do not warrant the accuracy of AI model output. Use with awareness of hallucination in models such as Whisper.
• No SLA is provided on the Free / Basic / Pro plans (Enterprise: individual contract).
• Our liability for damages attributable to us is capped at the amount you paid in the preceding 6 months.
• Governing law: Japan. Exclusive agreed jurisdiction in the first instance: Tokyo District Court / Tokyo Summary Court.
