Price	Basic: USD 15.00 monthly or USD 150.00 yearly. Pro: USD 60.00 monthly or USD 600.00 yearly (all prices exclude tax). Basic includes 1,000 live tokens per month and Pro includes 5,000 live tokens per month; usage beyond either allowance is metered at USD 0.001 per live token. Test/public token usage beyond the applicable free allowances is also metered. Applicable taxes and the total amount due are shown on the Stripe Checkout screen before you complete your order. Fees other than the listed price	(1) Applicable taxes shown at Checkout; (2) internet/communication charges required to use the service (borne by the customer); (3) for USD-denominated charges, currency-conversion amounts and foreign-transaction fees determined by your card issuer. Payment processing fees are borne by us and are not charged to you.
Payment methods	Payment methods displayed by Stripe Checkout. Card and other payment details are never stored on our servers; payments are processed by Stripe.
Payment timing	Base subscription fee: charged at sign-up for the first period, then automatically in advance on each monthly or yearly renewal date, according to the interval you select. Metered usage (live tokens beyond the plan's monthly allowance, plus test/public token overage) is finalized and charged in arrears at the end of each monthly usage period. Metered usage is billed monthly even when the yearly base-fee option is selected.
Service delivery	The service is available immediately after payment is confirmed (API key issuance and service use become available as soon as we receive Stripe's payment-completion notification). Maintenance and incident information is announced within the service.
Contract term and automatic renewal	This subscription renews automatically every month or every year, according to the billing interval selected at sign-up. Unless you cancel, it renews indefinitely on the same terms, and the base fee is charged on each renewal. There is no fixed offer period.
Cancellation	You can cancel at any time online via the Stripe Customer Portal (accessible from the Billing screen of your dashboard at https://models.manashiki.com/dash). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; if completed before the next renewal, no further charges occur. No partial-period (pro-rata) refunds are provided for mid-period cancellation, but you retain access until the end of the paid period. There is no termination fee.
Returns and refunds	Because this service consists of digital content (services), fees already paid are in principle non-refundable for customer-convenience reasons. As this is a distance sale under Japanese law, the cooling-off system does not apply. Exception: if you request a refund within 7 days of your initial sign-up and your cumulative live-token usage is fewer than 100 tokens, the base subscription fee will be refunded in full. Metered usage charges (e.g., tokens beyond the included allowance) are non-refundable, as those services have already been provided.
Defects and outages (special terms on conformity liability)	If the service is unavailable for 24 consecutive hours or more due to causes attributable to us, we will refund the paid base fee pro rata for the downtime (a yearly fee is prorated across its contract period, based on our uptime records). All other handling of defects and non-conformity is governed by our Terms of Service (https://models.manashiki.com/legal/terms).
Operating environment	A client environment supporting HTTP/2 and TLS 1.3 is required. SDK support: iOS 17+ / macOS 14+ / Android 8+ / Node.js 20+ / current modern browsers. Network access to Cloudflare (R2) is required.

Additional information for international customers

Automatic renewal disclosure	Your subscription renews automatically at the end of the monthly or yearly base-fee period you select and continues until canceled. You will be charged the base fee in advance on each renewal date; metered usage is charged monthly in arrears. You can cancel at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current base-fee period, and you retain access until then. Except as stated in the refund policy above or as required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
Governing law and jurisdiction	This disclosure and the underlying subscription contract are governed by the laws of Japan. As set out in the Terms of Service, the Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court has exclusive agreed jurisdiction in the first instance.
Currency and taxes	All prices are listed and charged in US dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Applicable taxes are calculated from active tax registrations and customer location information, then shown at Checkout. If your payment card is denominated in a currency other than USD, your card issuer's exchange rate and any foreign-transaction fees apply. You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your own jurisdiction.
